• Why would a seconds camera be useful?

  Our standard package includes a single camera, as two cameras are often an unnecessary expense. One experienced and hard-working cameraman is more than able to capture every element of the day.

  The main reasons for considering using a second camera are logistics and the size of the event. It may be necessary to use two cameras when filming is required in two locations or where you have more than a 250 guests.

  The second camera can not only enable filming in two locations at once, but can also capture a second angle at key moments such as during the ceremony, speeches or dancing.

  The cost for this service includes not only a second camera & operator, but also the extra editing that this additional footage requires.

• What do you mean by diary room recording of guests' messages?

  The diary room option involves us setting up a camera and microphone in a quiet location at your venue and simply leaving it recording! Your guests can then go on camera and record their message to you at their own convenience.

  The informal style of this option has proven to be very popular, putting guests at ease and taking away the unnecessary pressure or embarrassment of being approached directly by a camera operator. As a result this method is able to capture both sincere messages from those people who may not have been willing to participate if they had been approached directly, as well as the more amusing messages as the champagne flows!

• What music licences are necessary for a video?

  Each video requires a license for both the music that is recorded live - whether it is a band or disco at the venue, as well as for any music that is added to the video during the editing process. twenty20 productions hold all relevant music licenses for your video.

• Can I order further copies of my video in the future?

  Copies of your video are supplied on DVD as standard, but other formats are available on request. They can be ordered anytime and the master tape will be carefully stored at the twenty20 productions studio for years after the event.

• Can I see an example of your work?

Terms & Conditions

• All bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit and signed booking form to secure the date.
• The outstanding balance is required no later than two weeks before the date of your event.
• The cost of travel is free within a 30 mile radius of the twenty20 productions' studio. If your venue is outside of this area, we will inform you of any additional charges during quotation.
• For events that involve a religious ceremony, it is the responsibility of the client to inform the Clergy that video recording is required. Any additional costs must be met by the client.
• The master tape (including all copyrights) will remain the property of twenty20 productions, who reserve the right to use any part of this video for display, promotional or any other purpose.
• twenty20 productions will produce and store a master tape of your finished video for further copies. twenty20 productions are not accountable for any damage to any master copies and store them as a courtesy.
• The production fee includes 3 copies of your video on DVD. Additional copies are available at £15.00 each.
• In the case of power or equipment failure or events beyond our control, twenty20 productions cannot be held liable.
